TRAVEL INFORMATION, BAGGAGE LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY

Passengers are reminded that all flight closes 30 minutes prior to departure and they are required to check in 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. The airline reserves the right to sell the seats of confirmed passengers if they are not present when their flight closes. If confirmed passengers can be accommodated on another service or wish to travel on a flight othen than they were ticketed for, a $20.00 penalty will be charged. Further, each passenger is limited to two pieces of check bag with a maximum dimension of 30"H x 12"D x 14"W and limited to 25 Ibs each or one piece with a maximum weight of 40 lbs. Checked bags with dimensions larger than stated, will be classified as oversize and accepted on a space available base only. All additional pieces and oversize bags will incur an additional charge of $25.00 per piece or $2.00 per pound whichever is greater. Passengers are further reminded that it is mandatory to re-confirm their reservation by calling 242-362.1608.

Liability of loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited to $100.00 per piece unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. For most international travel (including domestic portions of international journeys) the liability limit is approximately $4.00 per pound and Performance Air Limited assumes no liability for damage bags, fragile, or perishable contents.

PASSENGERS LIMITATION / LIABILTY

Passengers on a journey involving an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of origin are advised that the provisions of a treaty known as the Warsaw Convention may be applicable to the entire journey, including any portion entirely within the country of origin or destination. For such passengers on a journey to, from, or with an agreed stopping place in the United States of America, the Convention and special contracts of carriage embodied in applicable tariffs provide that the liability of certain carriers, parties to such special contracts, for death of or personal injury to passengers is limited in most cases to proven damages not to exceed B$5,000 per passenger, and this amount is limited even in the event of negligence on the part of the carrier. This limit above is inclusive of legal fees and costs. Additional protection can usually be obtained by purchasing insurance from a private company and such insurance is not affected by any limitation of carrier's liabilty.
